Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order.
- To cancel, contact us at info@antgo.co.uk or post a cancellation request to:
Unit A, Lysander Road, Croydon, CR0 4RT - Return shipping is at your cost (unless we offered free returns).
- If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you’ll get a full refund within 14 days.
- If it’s already shipped, send it back within 14 days using a tracked delivery method and keep your proof of postage.
Refund Conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Refunds may be reduced for used/damaged items, missing accessories, or removed tags.
- We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of return using the original payment method.
